For this purpose TIRA is developing accurate and high quality material testing machines and testing systems which are manufactured according to the national and international standards DIN 5122, EN ISO 7500-1, GOST. 

With our testing machines you can carry out the static testing of metals, parts, wood, building materials, glass, plastics, fibers, composites etc.

In addition to tensile, compression, bending, torsion also tear resistance, shear strength, etc. can be determinated.
Temperature chambers and ovens allow thermal tests in the temperature range from -180 °C to +1600 °C.

Protective device for protection of the machine operator from spalling samples or other hazards.

Torsion

Thermal Testing

Test with temperature influences (temperature range -180 ° C to 1600 ° C)

Test under temperature conditions, using temperature chambers and furnaces

  • For low temperature ranges (-180 ° C to + 350 ° C) TIRA uses temperature chambers.
  • For higher temperature ranges (900°C, 1200°C, 1500°C und 1600°C ) TIRA uses furnaces
  • Numerous materials of plastics, composites, metals, ceramics, etc., can be analyzed.
