Development of a lightweight-headexpander and an intelligent energy control for vibration exciter

Meeting the growing requirements of the industry, both for efficiency and energy saving of our vibration exciters, a lightweight-headexpander and an intelligent energy control „GREENLine“ is developed within the scope of a promotion project.
The objective is, by reducing the mass of a headexpander, to use heavy payloads at a constant force vector or reduce the energy consumption of the vibration test system.
On top of that the energy control determinates the required energy minimum according to the test conditions and optimizes the actual energy consumption in real time.

The promoted project by free state Thuringia is co-financed by resources of the European Union within the scope of European fonds for local development (EFRE).
